      Treatment of respiratory disease caused by

       Cattle:

       -  Pasteurella multocida, Pasteurella haemolytica

       -  Mycoplasma bovis

       -  Acute mastitis caused by E.coli

 

       

       Swine:

       -  Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia

       -  Bordetella bronchiseptica

       -  Pasteurella multocida

                 

                           

      [DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION]

       Cattle:

       - Treatment for respiratory disease: Inject 1mL/50 kg B.W, intramuscularly as a single dose for 3~5days

       - Treatment for acute mastitis: Inject 1mL/50 kg B.W, intramuscularly as a single dose for 3days

                                       

       Swine: inject 1ml/50kg B.W, intramuscularly as a single dose for 3~5days

 


      [Cautions]

       ● Store in room temperature (1~30°C) under dry and dark conditions.

      ● Do not use in animals that have demonstrated shock or sensitivity to the product.

      ● Do not administer the medication to animals with nephropathy or hepatopathy.           

      ● After administer, local inflammatory response can occur temporarily.

      ● When administering to growing animals, joint disorders (limping, aching, and dyschondroplasia) could appear.

      ● Gastrointestinal disorder (nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhea, and stomachache) could appear

      ● Central nervous system disorder (dizziness, insecurity, headache, depression, ataxia and seizure) can occur, 

          and do not use in animals with central nervous system disorders (such as seizures) since the medication can worsen the symptoms.

      ● Hypersensitivity or crystalluria can occur.

      ● In case of overdose (> 10 x normal dosage) abnormal symptoms such as vomiting and decrease in feeding can occur. 

      ● If administered with medications containing magnesium, aluminum, and calcium ions, invivo absorption rate could decrease.

      ● If administered with theophylline or caffeine, the blood concentration of theophylline and caffeine could increase.

      ● Probenecid could prevent the renal tubule excretion of this drug and increase its blood concentration.

      ● When co-administering with cyclosporine, nephrotoxicity due to cyclosporine can worsen.

      ● Shake well on every usage.

      ● Maintain the injection liquid near 25 oC before administering.

      ● Do not combine with other medications.

      ● Use sterilized needle and syringe, and use each only once for each injection.

      ● If wrong injection method is used, aching, coagulation, or suppuration can occur.

       If the environment is not clean or the injection area is polluted, pus or inflammation can appear around the injection area; 

          sterilize the injection area with 70% alcohol before injection.

      ● Do not administer over 10mL at one site to swine.

      ● While administering, be cautious of the animal attack due to pain from administration.
